I didn't know what it was. Wound up having another nurse diagnose it! Never did see a doctor.<BR/><BR/>Walked on my tip toes for awhile (it helped), stretched out my achilles tendon per my colleague's advice and bought cheapo Dr. Scholl's inserts.<BR/><BR/>Eventually it worked and it went away.<BR/><BR/>But man, that first step in the morning was a DOOZY! : )Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
